Just a few miles from the stunning Norfolk coast, this delightful annex has a light, bright feel, and sits in the heart of a pretty village, making it a perfect base for enjoying this lovely region.

Little Green is a well-appointed, self-contained and detached annexe at the centre of Thorpe Market, overlooking its delightful village green. Little Green is perfect for young families and is 4 miles inland from the east coast of Norfolk. Popular pubs, The Gunton Arms and the Vernon Arms, also Roughton, with its post office, general store, farm shop and petrol station are all under 2 miles away.

This appealing property has an open-plan social area with a vaulted ceiling. The lounge-kitchen has a light feel, with a mixture of primary and neutral coloured furnishings. You will love its private patio area and BBQ, together with an outdoor playset for kids. If you are going to the beach, you are also welcome to make use of the beach kit including buckets, spades and windbreaks provided.

Little Green is only 4 miles from the beach at Cromer and 6 miles from Mundesley's blue flag beach. As well as the coast, the property is close to the many National Trust properties in the area including Felbrigg and Blickling Halls, and the Norfolk Broads are also nearby for boat trips and pubs by the river.

Lovely little cottage conversion. The location was perfect only 10/15mins drive to the nearest seaside town of Cromer & about 10 minutes drive to our favourite beach Mundesley. The owner of the cottage was very nice and friendly and we appreciated that we could knock on for any issues however they also respected our privacy and gave us space as theRead more cottage is at the back of their property. Really nice and comfortable cottage, ideal for two people. The owners, Linda and Andy, are very friendly and are always available if needed. Thoroughly recommend a visit to Horsey Gap (for the seals) and Fairhaven Gardens and Water Park. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well equipped, comfortable. and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend as plenty of places to visit and some lovely places to eat.

Idealy located accomadation for the Cromer/Sheringham area. All amenities within the cottage you require. Lovely and clean. Great garden for little ones.

This comfortable , clean, well equipped cottage was in a perfect location for visiting the North Norfolk coast and Broads. Linda and Andy were great hosts. Plenty of information in the cottage of places to visit locally .

Lovely break at Little Green exploring North Norfolk. Not as busy as Cornwall last year. Linda very friendly and helpful. Great meal at The Gunton Arms table booked months ago and Sands Restaurant Wells.

A comfortable, good base for visiting lots of places. We were very lucky with the weather (heatwave) which always helps, particularly if you like the seaside. There are plenty of beaches in the area.

Very friendly host. Accommodation for one person ample with sufficient wardrobe space but not for a family of 4. A bigger couch would be better to be able to relax on and comfier arm chairs required . Bed is very close to the floor and unfortunately was an issue for me. Noisy at night as near main road. My family had a restful bank holiday weekend at this lovely cottage. The host welcomed us warmly and after a brief show around left us to settle in with a complementary cup of tea and biscuits. The location was perfect for our plans for the weekend. We hope to return in the future and will recommend this cottage to friends.

We had a lovely stay at little green. The cottage was lovely and clean, extremely well equipped and very well thought out. The extra touches such as blankets, picnic items, fold out tables etc really made our stay easy. Nice location for lots of attractions nearby. We felt welcomed and were left to do our own thing, but knew the owners were there iRead moref we needed anything which was lovely. Our children loved the play area and watching the fish in the morning. Highly recommended. Thank you Hide
