Set in a tranquil rural village, this large, welcoming and rambling Georgian house boasts features from the Victorian and Edwardian-eras and makes an ideal base for a large family get-together.
Lower Farm is an impressive, rambling Georgian house in the quiet, rural village of Great Snoring. It is situated in an elevated position at the edge of the green and boasts original features from the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian eras. With room for 14 guests, plus a very small one, it is ideal for a large family get-together, with extensive gardens, (featuring a beautiful copper beech tree) which are themselves an adventure waiting to happen for children. The space within the individual rooms is also notable and it's a family place in which adults and children can relax together without feeling they are in a smart, formal show home. The bedroom configuration offers a range of options – but be aware one room sleeps five – perfect for a midnight feast?!
Lower Farm is 2 miles from Little Walsingham which has a well-known farmshop, restaurants and pubs – so make sure you get your essentials on the way home.
8 miles away you'll find Wells-next-the-Sea and the coast – an ideal spot to explore, run around and let off steam. 11 miles distant is the attractive Georgian town of Holt with its many independent shops and restaurants. Hire bicycles and enjoy the many cycling routes around the surrounding country lanes.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
Please note there is a refundable £100 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.
