Set in the tranquil countryside, but just under a mile from the shops and eateries of Holt, this charming property is a great base to explore both coast and country. Enjoy the open-plan kitchen/diner with seating as well as the separate sitting room for a quite read. Otherwise why not relax in the beautiful mature gardens with a glass of wine whilst you fire up the barbecue.

The downstairs master bedroom has beautiful views of the garden but when you're ready to venture out you can browse the independent shops and cafes of Holt or don your walking shoes or bike helmet and explore nature at Holt Country Park with its variety of trails for walkers and cyclists alike.

For wildlife lovers, just under 8 miles away you can visit the Blakeney Point Nature Reserve and be fascinated by the activity. Spend time watching the birds or you could even hop on a boat and indulge in a spot of seal watching. Otherwise head east and enjoy the seaside towns of Weybourne, Sheringham or Cromer - all under 10 miles - where you can experience rock pools, piers and fish and chips.
