The location was excellent - ideal for walking on the coast path and handy for shops, buses etc. Unfortunately the property was let down by a lack of attention to detail and some of the fixtures and fittings need replacing.

Marsh End is excellent value for money plus it is in a good location - very quiet with views across the marsh, close to shops/pubs and the coast bus route. However, it is a pity it is a little run down

We, being fairly ancient, found the bed and the easy chairs very low ,but this is just an age thing as the standard of furnishing is very good. Overall we found the cottage, garden, and situation delightful

The house is modern and well equipped and in a pleasant location with easy access to the coast path. The Nisa local shop is three minutes walk away and has a good range of food and drink. We enjoyed our week there.

This is very comfortable accommodation in an ideal location alongside the coastal path. All bedrooms are a reasonable size, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is space to spread out (living room, dining room, conservatory and garden). It has a small supermarket nearby, which is very handy.

Very well located property with great views of the Marshes. Great location to explore the area with good shops, cafe and petrol station at the top of the road, we loved the pop up shops. Great base for running and bird watching. Property was very well equipped, lots of space to relax. Would recommend and would certainly look to visit again

Cottage was comfortable, well equipped and clean, although it was looking a little tired in places. The location was good with access to the coastal path just a short walk from the house. There is a cafe, local shop and pub all within a couple of mins walk.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
