May Cottage is a luxuriously presented property in the coastal village of Bacton, The light and airy self-catering annexe is 5* rated, with quality furnishings and fittings used throughout to make this property very stylish indeed. Guests also have sole use of a large and secluded decking area and the pretty rear garden. This property sleeps two and is perfect for a romantic getaway. Please note that this property does not accept guests under the age of 18.

The sandy beach is just a short stroll down the lane, where you can take a walk to Happisburgh in one direction, or Mundesley in the other. There is a  pub, small village shop and three cafés, including a vegan and vegetarian café, within walking distance. 

With its coastal position and the sound of the sea it really is the perfect place for a grown-up, relaxing break for two people to enjoy at any time of the year.

The cottage is everything it says in the advert! It has been renovated very tastefully and is very comfortable. All the equipment you could want is there. Plus lots of little extras!

A lovely cozy cottage with everything you could need. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, very near a beautiful beach which is perfect for walks. We will be back!

Really lovely and very clean cottage annex in a good location very close to the sea. The hosts were great and really friendly giving us lots of advice on local places to eat and visit.

May Cottage in Bacton Norfolk, was brilliant, everything you could possibly need for your holiday had been thought of by Lucy & Paul, a lovely welcome pack awaits in the cottage, chocolate brownies, bottle of wine etc etc. Would certainly recommend a stay.

We have just spent a super short break in this wonderful little cottage. Just a short walk to a quiet beach where we could watch and listen to the waves. It really was a perfect base to chill out. The owners Paul and Lucy couldnt have been more welcoming or helpful. Good local knowledge of the area, nothing was too much trouble. A lovely apartment which had absolutely everything we needed. Lucy and Paul and Finlay the dog were very welcoming with some great suggestions of things to see and do locally. The seals at Horsey Gap are amazing! A welcome gift of bottle of Prosecco for New Years Eve was a really nice thought. We would have no hesitation in recommending this properRead morety. What a gorgeous cottage . Cosy but superbly furnished and so well equipped . Our short stay there over Xmas was just what the doctor ordered. Lucy and Paul were brilliant hosts and could not do enough for us . We left with smilies on our faces and we are already planning our next stay there !

Would fully recommend this cottage to anyone. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts Lucy and Paul were lovely and very helpful. Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent location for wonderful beaches and attractions all within easy reach. Paul and Lucy were exemplary hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed Finley the spaniels company in the garden. Hoping to go back soon.

Owners Paul and Lucy were very nice people and very helpful at giving advice on nice places to eat, or local takeaways, local attractions and nearby shops. Lovely property located in the centre of Bacton. We received a very warm welcome from Paul the owner on arrival, who gave us a tour and all information we needed for our stay. The property itself was fantastic & had everything we needed. Very quiet & relaxing. Great base for seeing the Norfolk area. We would certainly stay here again.
