Really enjoyed our stay in what is a comfortable warm and welcoming cottage.The bath was amazing and lots of constant hot water. Lovely cosy cottage with all mod cons , very warm . Location was good but the road although not busy was very fast so not happy to walk to the village - only few minutes by car . Plenty of places to walk the dog around and about .0

The cottage was warm and cosy. Explored little Norfolk villages nearby and enjoyed lovely forest walks with our dog. Norwich was within easy driving distance.

This was a well equipped and clean property. We stayed here with our dog to get away from the fireworks on new years eve. The garden was at the front of the property and was apart of a shared driveway with the owners. As long as the gate to the road was closed, you could let you dog off its leash. Really lovely cottage, well equipped and cosy. Hosts were brilliant, always quick to answer a text but very respectful of our privacy. The shared driveway wasnt an issue and the enclosed garden was great for our dog. Lovely welcome gift too.

The cottage is in the grounds of the main house but it has it's own garden but the main gate is used by all, so you just need to pop your dog on a lea or keep in the cottage for a couple of minutes. Nice edge of village location, but the road was surprisingly busy. The garden could only be enclosed by closing the main gate, which could impede access. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped.

Loved our stay! It was the little touches that made us enjoy it straight away with cookies and dog treats left out for us on arrival. Takeaway recommendations that were left for us were also much welcomed! Owners were also non intrusive. The accommodation was great inside, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Great weekend break in a lovely cottage in rural Norfolk Cottage was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed Underfloor heating kept temperate comforatable and the log burner addded extra warmth when needed The Bottle of wine and chocolates left by the owner was a nice surprise

A lovely cosy and warm barn. Great enclosed garden with a useful car port. Very private and quiet. We really enjoyed the stove which was welcoming following long walks on the broads and fens. Would highly recommend this accommodation. The owners were friendly and non=intrusive.

Arrived on Christmas Eve to this lovely cottage, it was cosy, with a well equipt Kitchen. Bed was comfy & towels were provided, there was a bottle of wine, mincepies & milk along with tea & coffee was left for us......Thank you! A lovely well presented little cottage, and a fantastic outdoor space for your dog to have a run around. The cottage is well equipped providing everything you need on a self catering holiday. A car is definitely needed as you are deep in the countryside with the nearest shop approx. a mile away. Great base to see lovely Norfolk.

Lovely setting definitely remote, you will need the car to do the basics, you can't really walk from the cottage anywhere. With many of the Covid restrictions lifted my wife & I were looking forward to our week in the country again after a 2 year break.
