The cottage is a superb barn conversion which has been modelled to a very high standard. It was well equipped with everything that was necessary for an enjoyable holiday. Underfloor heating and a log burner made the cottage very inviting at any time of the year.

Lovely well equipped small cottage, clean and tidy and instant home from home. Very roomy inside due to open plan layout in main room. The large secure garden was ideal for our dog. Secure off road parking and good location for the local attractions.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. The owners are very accommodating, making sure the gate was kept closed so the garden was secure for our dog. The perfect place for a getaway, with loads of dog friendly places to visit within an hours drive.

Lovely cottage, nice to meet the owners who were friendly but not intrusive. Welcome treats for us and our dog much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the large garden, plenty of sun and shade, especially nice to sit at the picnic table in the evening sun after a long day out. Would happily stay again.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
