Moon Beam is a pretty single storey cottage in the heart of Aylsham yet quietly tucked away. Set to the rear of the former Half Moon Inn, Moon Beam has a beautiful walled private garden. The cottage has been sympathetically converted, retaining many original features to make a really cosy home from home at any time of the year. The double room has an attractive beamed ceiling and downstairs is a cottage-style living room: perfect for relaxing in the evening on a romantic getaway. This cottage may also be booked in conjunction with Harvest Moon, sleeping 3/4 next door and Half Moon Inn sleeping 6 with the owner welcoming children over the age of seven.

 

The cottage is located in Aylsham, a unique Norfolk town, with its market place owned by the National Trust. There are two weekly markets and plenty of shops, pubs and tea rooms for you to explore.

 

The city of Norwich is just 14 miles south, perfect for sightseeing, shopping and eating. If it's the beach you're after, Cromer is 12 miles north where you can enjoy fish and chips, explore museums or even try your hand at surfing.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location for Aylsham amenities. The property was perfect for two people with a generous sized lounge, bedroom and excellent walk-in shower.

A cosy cottage with a delightful garden in a quiet location but only a short walk from the pubs, cafes and shops of Aylsham. Ideally situated for days out. The parking would have been a problem if the other properties had been let but there is free parking nearby.
