Just 1 mile from the historic house and grounds of The Sandringham Estate is this lovely contemporary bungalow. Fully renovated inside to offer spacious and open-plan accommodation that opens seamlessly onto a stylish decked area with private hot tub. This modern home is the perfect base for relaxing family getaways.

Located in the heart of the thriving village of Dersingham, this bungalow is a short walk from the local shops, pub, garden centre, gallery and takeaway. The largest acid valley mire in East Anglia, Dersingham Bog nature reserve (1 mile), is home to a number of rare birds, plants and insects and is a fantastic setting for a sunset stroll.

While the walking beaches of Snettisham and Heacham are close to home, follow the coast east to discover the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and its string of spectacular sandy beaches and quaint villages, which include Sheringham (37 miles), Cromer (40 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (19 miles). For history, a visit to Houghton Hall (10 miles) and Oxburgh (24 miles) are well worth a visit. Family-friendly days out can also be enjoyed at Snettisham Park (3 miles).

This modern bungalow has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We slept so well, very comfy beds. This cottage is lovely and comfortable, great facilities, very spacious. Even on a main road it was very quiet day and night. Off street parking is ideal. Ideal base for touring North Norfolk. Garden is well kept and the hot tub was at an ideal temperature whatever the weather.

Wonderful cottage, set in a great place for travelling. Local shops and take outs all in easy reach. Couldn't wish for safer garden for my pooch.. everything you need for cooking and cleaning etc the owners have thought of everything.. didn't want to leave. Thanks for the memories x

Cosy,well equipped cottage with a large hot tub. Ideal location for beach, walks and culture. Sandringham Estate on the door step and other interesting places like Houghton Hall, Castle Rising and Old Hunstanton are all nearby.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Garden is stunning, hot tub is great to relax in. Commented in the book on site. It is full of little niggles that need fixing to make the stay perfect. Many are now aged and have got worse. Still a lovely stay and quality family time.

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful and well equipped property. Very close to Sandringham. Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton only 20 mins drive away. Had an amazing stay at Nettys cottage! The accommodations is beautiful, we didnt want to leave. It is well equip with everything you could possibly need and more. Location is great for visiting different places, such as Hunstanton and Wells. The dogs loved the garden, it would be lovely in the summer to sit in. We all want to visit again.

We loved Nettys Cottage. The village its in is huge, not what I know to be a village but this means theres loads of useful facilities. Great holiday. Bungalow is very comfortable ease to get around and have access to all of their amenities. The hot tub was amazing and used daily. We would have happily booked again for next year but it was already booked up. Highly recommend

Great cottage has all you need close to shops and pubs and takeaways nice walks close by for dogs , we ventured as far as wells next to sea which is about 40 minutes drive away we had a lovely holiday here

We had a great week, the house is really well equipped has every thing you need and more. The location is perfect for visiting Sandringham and the beach etc. There are some great dog walks and the garden is secure so perfect for the dogs too!

Lovely, spacious bungalow in a good location. The welcome pack is a nice gesture. Hot tub is amazing & was enjoyed by all of us once it had heated up. Disappointed that we couldn't use it on the day of arrival as it had been cleaned & wasn't hot until the next day. Glad that it is kept clean though. A note to this effect would have been helpful.
