This beautiful home is in the village of Heacham on the outskirts of the Norfolk Coast AONB; it is the perfect place for families to relax and enjoy the local area. With a contemporary country-style, this house is elegant, yet comfortable, and feels spacious throughout. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has double doors leading out to the enclosed garden, which makes a lovely setting for al fresco dining. The lounge’s wood burner- effect fire makes the spacious lounge feel cosy. The stairs lead up to the beautiful bedrooms and the Jack and Jill style bathroom.

The village itself is a Victorian seaside resort with its long sandy beach on the banks of The Wash. There are a range of shops/eateries and attractions, such as Norfolk Lavender, within Heacham, or 2.5 miles north is another seaside town of Hunstanton with a Sealife Sanctuary, home of the only Seal Rescue centre open to the public.

Venturing further afield, you could visit the seaport and market town of King’s Lynn with its mix of maritime history, shopping and entertainment. There are also a number of nature reserves within the Norfolk Coast AONB offering ample opportunities to explore the flora and fauna of the area.

A beautiful cottage outside and inside, perfectly presented. Cosy, comfortable and welcoming, exactly what you want from a holiday home. The owners have honestly thought of everything you would need and everything is of a high standard. A very very clean property, couldn't fault it at all. The perfect stay!

Amazing cottage, lovely and had absolutely everything you'd need/expect from a self-catering cottage, and then some! Little extras like treats for humans and dogs, and some consumables like laundry and dishwasher detergent were much appreciated too. Immaculately clean. Thank you so, so much for such an enjoyable place to stay.

Our stay at Norfolk cottage was faultless , everything was as described . Excellent amenities close by and the owner was very helpful with recommendations . I would highly recommend this cottage and would love to return in the future .

Lovely cottage, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to be able to self cater some of the time but were well located to be able to visit beaches and pubs in the area. A beautiful home from home cottage. The owners have provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location close to beach and within easy reach of Hunstanton with a local bus stop right outside if you fancy a day off of driving. A nice enclosed garden for the dogs to enjoy along with some treats for them too. Convenient parking behind Read morethe cottage with garage access through to the house making it easy to unload your luggage and the dogs. I would happily rebook of 2024. Hide

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage. It really was home from home . Beth & Nick had clearly thought of everything . Tastefully furnished & high spec ( very clean ). Our little cavapoo ( Bailey enjoyed the treats that Beth & Nick had left for her ) . The cottage was lovely. One of the nicest I have stayed in. Would certainly recommend to family and friends. Comfortable, clean and a real home from home. Location was perfect for beach and tourist attractions. Highly recommend the fish and chip shop around the corner, delicious . Absolutely 10/10

We loved this cottage, it's the nicest we've ever stayed at. It's so clean & comfy & has everything you need for a home away from home. It's in a good location that is in walking distance to the beach, shops, pubs & amusements. It's perfect for a family of 5 with 2 dogs that like it quiet & to walk everywhere.

Lovely clean and very comfortable cottage with everything you need. The secure garden is great for dog owners. Easy access to the local beaches and a nice walk to Hunstanton. The only slight downside is the busy road the front door opens on to.

It was one of the nicest and well equipped cottages I've stayed in. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. The chip shop round the corner was delicious. Ten minutes walk down the road to a pub that lets dogs in. Lewis the manager is very friendly and the food is good.

The cottage was spotless and comfortable. Tastefully furnished. Pre arrival information was clear and helpful. It is in a good location for visiting beaches and nature reserves. Local tescos and bakers were within walking distance. Local fish n chips were disappointing. Its a terraced cottage and noises travelled from next door.

3rd time we've stayed at this cottage, and as always it was perfect. Thoughtful treats, poo bags and a water bowl left for the dogs, milk in the fridge for us humans, and the house is always so spotless and homely. Looking forward to going back for the 4th time!

Super cottage, very clean, well presented and dog friendly too! Would totally recommend! In walking distance to a few shops, 2 pubs and the beach. Good location for exploring Norfolk, we enjoyed many dog walks both local and further a field.

Couldnt fault Norfolk Cottage. Very clean with everything you could need including comfortable beds! The owner was really helpful and has put a lot of thought & effort into making your stay as comfortable as possible. Very spacious with its own nice, secure garden.

What a beautiful place to stay, in a lovely small seaside location with 2 beaches. The property was so nicely decorated, furnished and with all the equipment required for a self-catered holiday. We would highly recommend and would happily holiday there again in the future.

What a beautiful cottage only a mile from the beach where the sand goes for miles. Lovely walks in the Area and a perfect base to explore North Norfolk - walks from Holkham to Wells, Heacham to Hunstanton recommended as well as a visit to Brancaster - just watch the tides
