We loved the quiet rural location. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and is well equipped to modern standards, with easy access to all the main attractions of the North Norfolk coast. The hosts were very welcoming and provided some basic provisions upon arrival which were much appreciated. A fantastic little cottage, lovely and peaceful, very relaxing. The hosts are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. This cottage is ideal if you just want to relax, and you can also get to local towns, markets and the coast with a short drive. Hopefully we will return later in the year.

Outside area was very small but secure and adequate to let a dog out for a quick wee. Very quiet location - depends on what you are looking for as requires driving to get to places. Cottage very comfortable and peaceful for a complete relaxed rest.

A lovely cottage in a perfect location for exploring North Norfolk. We were made to feel very welcome and our two Bassett Hounds thought it was great. A very peaceful rural location but not too far away from anywhere.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
