Sleek, stylish, and light-filled, this beautifully converted stable is a wonderful choice for discerning guests who are seeking peace and tranquillity whilst staying in well-equipped contemporary-style accommodation. Fantastic stay at the stables. The cottage is in an ideal location to explore beautiful Norfolk. The cottage has all that you could need and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. The welcome basket was really lovely and we would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful converted barn. Lovely welcome basket which was kind. Great location as in visiting different areas around Norfolk. My only negative would be is was noisy at times with traffic.

Perfect spacious rooms and loved the hot tub. Very comfortable. Some road noise inevitable but acceptable. Could have done with a larger freezer space. Very good position for beaches and national trust properties.

Beautiful holiday home in perfect location for all the nearby attractions. The cleanliness was excellent and everything has been thought of to ensure you have a comfortable stay including the lovely welcome pack. Loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a day out exploring and the enclosed, secure courtyard was great for our dog. Very large for what looks like a small entrance. Has everything you could need for a week away even a hot tub. Only issue is the nearest take aways are not the best around, as you need to go out I would suggest going into Cromer itself. Overall would stay here again.

An amazing place for a holiday in all weathers. Going in the winter I was a little worried but the owners were lovely and the place was amazing. Hot tub was perfect during the cold evenings. Would 100% go again, no doubt. Didn't want to leave!

Enjoyed our stay in the great converted stables with all facilities and equipment required to have a seamless stay. We were comfortable during our time on site and the hot tub was a well earned treat after the long beach walks. The cottage was stunning. Lots of space for the kids to play while being able to see them at all times. We picked a pretty grim weekend weather wise so we couldn't use the patio area but the cottage was always cozy and warm and the hot tub was a treat after being blown about on the beach. Lovely place to stay. Clean place with nice interior. Lots of room for two adults two children ages 8 and 6 and 1 miniature poodle. Hot tub was fab after a long day of exploring. We have had a fantastic stay in the cottage - it is very spacious, clean and modern. We had 4 adults, a baby and a dog and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is fabulous, very quick and easy to get into Cromer and other surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed going to The Foundry Arms, Felbrigg Hall, Hatters Tea shop and GrovelanRead mored Farm shop. We had a lovely stay and found the cottage comfortable for 4 adults and a baby. Its perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk coast and lots of attractions. The owners were on hand should you need anything (and very friendly and helpful) but otherwise you are very much left to it. The only thing to note is that the barn sits next to 2 main roads which meant we had to be very careful with our dog who will run anywhere if she is following birds!! This didnt detract from our holiday however and the barn is comfortable, extremely clean and practical, well fitted out and in a great location for Norfolk attractions. The cottage is beautiful, lovely little court yard garden, very clean. An excellent property. Very clean and deceptively spacious. Suitable for our young family and dog. The hot tub was delightful after a full day exploring the surrounding area. Jiust returned from our family holiday at Northrepp farm and we had a wonderful stay. It had excellent facilities, it was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and is situated in a great location. Just come back from a lovely week at the stables .The location was great for getting out and having a look round Norwich, Cromer and the surrounding areas . This property is really well appointed with high quality equipment and lovely little touches too. Very helpful welcome pack on our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation at the converted stables. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers (aged 19 and 16), they loved the free wifi and hot tub. We also brought our pet dog with us. The only downside (and out of the owners control) is that the property is situated on a very busy road junction. We live in a cul-de-sac, so the traffic noiRead morese was noticeable. Because it's a junction, cars are accelerating (loudly!) when they pull away. If you're used to traffic noise it won't be an issue. Hide

This cottage is lovely in a rural location. It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area which is spacious and 2 good sized bedrooms with en suites. The bees were comfy and the rooms had all mod cons (tvs, Netflix, wi-fi). We had a problem one day with the hot tub temperature and this was resolved immediately with no fuss. We loved the holiday cottage, the hot tub was a real treat at the end of each day! It was very well equipped, with good WiFi....not always easy in Norfolk! The Welcome Hamper was a lovely surprise too. Having stayed in many different cottages over the years, this is one of the best. Well definitely be returning.

We had a lovely three night stay at the stables Manor Farm. Great facilities, plenty of space, lovely furnishings making it feel very homely.
