Sleek, stylish, and light-filled, this beautifully converted stable is a wonderful choice for discerning guests who are seeking peace and tranquillity whilst staying in well-equipped contemporary-style accommodation. The patio garden including hot tub is a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day, whilst the Smart TV/DVD in the lounge allows guests to choose a favourite film in the evenings. The two double bedrooms each have their own TV, and both benefit from en-suite bathrooms.

 

Nestled amongst the rolling fields of the Norfolk countryside, Manor Farm offers an idyllic rural location whilst still being just 1.5 miles from the centre of Northrepps village with its welcoming pub. The nearby seaside village of Overstrand lies 2.5 miles away and can be reached by car or even on foot: enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea at the end of your walk.

 

Lying 2.5 miles north of Manor Farm, the bustling seaside resort of Cromer is renowned for its delicious crab which can be sampled in many of the town’s independent eateries. For those who would rather catch their own, head to the pier or maybe just enjoy a show at the traditional end-of-pier theatre. The town’s sandy beach offers a wide stretch of golden sand, perfect for sunbathing, beach games, swimming, and paddling.

This holiday let is perfectly situated for a coastal break. Just a few minutes drive to Cromer or Sheringham and a lovely little gallery/shop/dog-friendly coffee place just a few minutes up the road as well. Every comfort has been anticipated. Lovely cottage very clean and modern. It was in a excellent location for touring around Norfolk.Good off-road parking for two cars. Nice enclosed outside area with table and chairs. It was close to a busy road which could be noisy especially in one of the bedrooms.

A very pleasant modern conversion of a small single story farm outbuilding. Spacious and airy, always warm, with a small private sunny courtyard for dinning outdoors. Own parking area. Situated only 5 minutes easy drive from Cromer and nearby villages. Expect some traffic noise due to nearby roads but if you are used to a bit of traffic, should notRead more be enough to put you off. Lovely stay at the stables, 2 and half mile into cromer with is very handy, traffic can be noisey at times but it didn't put me off. Very comfortable and clean, lovely court yard which gets plenty of sun. Welcome gift was nice too.

The property is lovely. We had a great stay. It's situated near to Cromer and several other towns and villages are well within reach. There are lots of places to visit locally and a handy nearby pub. We would definitely visit again.

A wonderful and very comfortable stay. The Stables is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. It's on a main road so easy to find but may not suit those who prefer silence but it is not a particularly busy road, especially during the night, and didn't worry us in the slightest. In fact we slept very well. We are considering coming again Read morein the summer if only for it to be warm enough to make better use of the very pretty courtyard garden with its tempting hot tub. We had a wonderful stay at The Stables, truly relaxing and was situated perfectly for us to visit Cromer, Blakeney, Blickling Hall and horse riding at Lakeside Riding Centre. Really nicely laid out cottage with everything we needed, very well maintained & pristine clean. Two car parking came in handy. Lovely welcome basket. Ate at some of the nearby pubs ,food & service were great. Handy location, Would stay again.

Great spot for exploring N.Norfolk. The Stables were a comfortable base and both the hot tub and the welcome basket were much appreciated. Note: Someone comes unannounced to clean the hot tub first thing on Wednesdays. Since it's in full view of the main bedroom, and close to it, it could get embarrassing! Lastly - the road noise. Fantastic stay at the stables. The cottage is in an ideal location to explore beautiful Norfolk. The cottage has all that you could need and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. The welcome basket was really lovely and we would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful converted barn. Lovely welcome basket which was kind. Great location as in visiting different areas around Norfolk. My only negative would be is was noisy at times with traffic.

Beautiful holiday home in perfect location for all the nearby attractions. The cleanliness was excellent and everything has been thought of to ensure you have a comfortable stay including the lovely welcome pack. Loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a day out exploring and the enclosed, secure courtyard was great for our dog. A lovely place to stay very welcoming. Very spacious and a basket of goodies left for us was a really nice touch . Evening you need is there . And not far from the town and beach.
