Wake up to stunning sea views from the king-size bedroom of this beautifully converted former-coastguard’s hut. The tall windows and vaulted ceiling add space and light to this attractive room, whilst a door opens to the Juliet balcony, allowing guests to breathe the fresh sea air whilst enjoying sun downers in the bedroom’s seating area. Downstairs, the open-plan living area has a fresh contemporary feel with a cosy living area and well-equipped kitchen, making this the ideal choice for a relaxing couple’s retreat.

You couldn’t be get any closer to the water’s edge than this bijou cottage, situated right on the beach road in the pretty coastal village of Mundesley. Spend your days at the beach - a wide expanse of sand with a string of prettily coloured beach huts - before returning to the property by way of the pub just next door.

The whole of Norfolk’s northeast coast is accessible from the village of Mundesley, and you are sure to find your own favourite spot whether that be one of the quiet village beaches, or the vibrant seaside town of Cromer, renowned for its delicious crab and pier with traditional theatre. Alternatively, drive 14 miles south for a day on the waterways or footpaths of the picturesque Norfolk Broads.

We were delighted with this property. The location is amazing, literally across the road from the sea, and the property was spotlessly clean. There is a parking bay very close to the property for loading and unloading and a large car park very close by which is very reasonable at 34 for the week. We loved our time there. We really felt at home and Read morewill definitely look to book again when were next in the area. Hide

Fabulous cosy cottage, lovely views with a great pub and chip shop over the road what more could you want. Washer/dryer was very useful after a wet day out. The Chinese in the village was lovely and check out the village centre has a butchers and grocers which we found by accident.

I met the owners really nice people, cottage is in an excellent location , directly across the road is the beach, and the ship inn public house, attached to the pub is a fish and chip takeaway which belongs to the ship inn, the fish and chips are not the best I wouldnt recommend them, Parking may be an issue for some people , as there is no parkingRead more space directly attached to the cottage , parking day and night is in the public car park in beach road approx 100 yards for the cottage. Great location, well-equipped little holiday home. The owners had thought of everything and gave us some top notch recommendations for day trips and eating out. Mundesley is a lovely little place with everything you need if you don't feel like venturing away but also a good base from which to explore the surrounding area. The cottage had everything we needed for a month away from home. Parking just up the road is convenient as is the pub which is a few feet away. Lovely cottage in a great location-we loved the view. Well equipped and comfortable. Great communication and helpful advice from the owners. We bought a weekly car park ticket for the public car park just up the road which we could then use in other local car parks too. The Old Coastguards Hut it a very well thought out and comfortable place to stay. Views of the sea and in a quiet village location, despite it being on the road and opposite a pub. The property is very well appointed and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The public car park is only a few steps down the street, parking for 10minutes to unload is immediately outside so no problem.

The cottage is magnificent modification of an old lifeboat station that is close to the sea for local walks and centrally located to allow wider exploration of the East and North Norfolk coasts. It is quite spacious and equipped with a range of good quality facilities.

Really lovely place to stay with a location that would be hard to beat wherever you go. Very well decorated with all that you need to self cater. Though we found so many lovely places to eat out that we really didn't use the kitchen that much. I would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with the property and its contents. Although we were out exploring the area most of the time it was nice sitting at the bedroom window watching the world go by. We obtained the car parking permit on line and the car park was literally a few minutes walk away, also used the permit in other village / town car parks.
