Here is a beautiful brick and flint Victorian cottage overlooking a quaint village green: ideally situated for a family exploring the beautiful beaches and nature reserves of the wonderful Norfolk coast. This lovely end-terrace cottage has been thoughtfully updated and offers two cosy bedrooms, a comfy lounge, a galley-style kitchen/diner, a study and bathroom. There’s also a small enclosed garden with a picnic bench. Please note the property has steep cottage style stairs.

The picturesque village of Binham is home to the ruins of the 11th century Binham Priory which now hosts a regular series of classical concerts. The village is on the edge of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is perfect for enjoying rural and coastal walks.

The seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea is 4 miles away, with sandy beaches, pinewoods and crab fishing. Blakeney (4 miles) is ideal for bird watching, sailing or for seeing a seal colony. Little Walsingham is also 4 miles away, where you can catch the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway. The bustling Georgian town of Holt is 7½ miles away. Other attractions include Thursford Steam Museum (4 miles), Langham Glass (9 miles) and Fakenham Racecourse (10 miles).

Lovely traditional Victorian cottage. Wood burner fantastic. Very cosy and warm. Excellent location for North Norfolk coast. Very quiet pretty village. Shop very useful. Chequers pub opposite great food and drink and very friendly.

Cottage is perfectly located for visiting the north coast. Village is delightful. 5* Comfort and facilities 3*. The stairs are very narrow and bare wood so need to be negotiated very carefully.

This is a simple but very appealing cottage with all the equipment you would expect and a welcome set of products to help you settle in (coffee, tea, cleaning products etc., and a couple of local specialities). Visitors should be aware from the website that the stairs are steep, so not appropriate for very small children or those with mobility issuRead morees. A very clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage in which everything worked, always a bonus. The owners have kept many of the original features and have furnished it sympathetically so it is full of character. It is seconds away from the Chequers pub and the shop, 5 mins from the church and interesting ruins of the priory, the Little Dairy and sRead moreoon to open Palour cafe and 15 mins by car to the coast.
