A very high standard, modern and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful setting overlooking fields with church in distance but only a few miles to good shopping in Aylsham.

One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Very clean and all the equipment we needed. Very peaceful location but easy access to main roads

This is a first rate cottage in rural North Norfolk. It is close to beaches, good pubs, and stunning countryside views. It has everything you need for a relaxing break. We took two dogs and they enjoyed it too !

Cosy yet spacious cottage, with stunning countryside views and large enclosed garden. It was a perfect base for our family holiday especially for our little 18 month old explorer.

We had a lovely week in this clean and well equipped cottage. Beautiful views from the garden, remote and green location. Short ride to the beach and local shop.

Lovely secluded and private cottage with a very high standard of cleanliness, in a great position for exploring the area - Cromer was only 10 minutes away. Perfect enclosed garden for pets - It doesn't show on the pictures, but there is chicken wire across the fencing which made it even more secure. A great range of equipment in the cottage - incluRead moreding washing machine and dishwasher, plus all the basic condiments. Sadly no WiFi, but a reasonable mobile signal outside. Highly recommended! Hide

The standard of the cottage we stayed in (Orchard Cottage) was one of the best ever, the location, garden, cleanliness and equipment provided was second to none. We will certainly have no hesitation in recommending and using Kett again, thank you.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
