This ground-floor apartment is set alongside several other residences in a handsome period property, offering shared gardens with forever-green artificial grass. Inside, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been finished in a contemporary style, and there are two bedrooms; a king-size room and a pleasant twin, with the master bedroom boasting a sanctuary-like en-suite bathroom with a sumptuous roll top bath.

A perennial favourite with visitors to the area, Cromer is a pretty seaside town offering an excellent range of independent restaurants and coffee shops, many of which serve the famous local crab. Children may like to try their hand at catching their own crabs from the pier which overlooks the golden sandy beach and is home to a traditional end-of-pier theatre.

The town of Cromer is a delightful place to be based in North Norfolk and there is plenty to see and do within easy reach of the town to entertain and interest visitors. The National Trust property Felbrigg Hall is just 2 miles away, whilst there are many small, quiet beaches stretching southwards along the coast from Cromer. For a fun day out in the open air, head to the woodland adventure park, BeWilderwood, 20 miles to the south, or perhaps walk a section of the Norfolk Coast Path.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Comfortable and very well kitted out ground floor apartment. We were met and shown round. Good for walking dogs (through nearby woods to beach). Easy parking. Cromer is great!

A beautifully presented and very spacious apartment in a quiet but very convenient location. Kitchen is huge and has everything you need. Bedrooms are comfortable and the double-headed shower is excellent. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Although located out of Cromer, there was a lovely wooded walk into centre via a small play area. Ideal for walkers or anyone wanting a quiet stay. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, just lacking the usual extras eg books, dvds, games, outdoor seating.

We really liked the property and the staff were friendly. It's well equipped, clean and very spacious. Good access to different activities if you're driving. Cromer beach has disabled parking and slopes right down to the beach. Downfalls were that we booked this apartment with a disabled person in mind but there wasn't anything within walking distaRead morence as we'd hoped, we had a wheelchair. Also the TV and WiFi rarely worked. Hide

The flat is spacious,comfortable and very clean and well equipped. As it is all on one level, on the ground floor, it is particularly suitable for a person with mobility difficulties.
