Surrounded by beautiful open fields, this property is a stylishly restored barn conversion with original features including ash wood floors, exposed beams and brickwork. There’s also indoor table tennis and children have plenty of space to play safely on-site and can use the large play area.

Wonderful cottage that was spacious, light and clean. This cottage was definitely one of the best we have stayed in. The owner, who lives close by, is very friendly and helpful but not imposing. The cottage has a small enclosed garden to the rear that was secure for our dog. We would definitely stay again.

We have booked these barns on two other occasions, so very pleased with our choice. The barns have lovely character features, spacious and well equipped. Great play area for children and added bonus of being able to collect the chicken eggs. Pleasent village location. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Owl Cottage was awesome. The cottage was clean, warm and well equipped. It is set on a farm which the kids loved. The owner was on site and very good at giving us advice about where we could take the dog and on hand if we needed anything. It was a great central point to national trusts and beaches in north Norfolk. We had a lovely week.Read more Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
