Basic...have to go through one bedroom to get to the other; bathroom through kitchen downstairs and kitchen table v tight, but otherwise comfortable and good for 2 dogs. Good location (near coast and Burnham Market). Old fashioned decor and dodgy wifi, but generaly functional and had a good 2 weeks. V nice owner who lives next door.

A cosy cottage and garden set by a lovely pond. It's central location makes it a very convenient base for touring North Norfolk with it's many attractive resorts and places of interest. The location is fantastic - its quiet, peaceful, tranquil but easy to get to lots of local attractions by car. The house is comfortable but would benefit from some modernisation - it was an ok place to lay our heads after a busy day out and about but wouldnt have wanted to have had to spend the afternoon and evening there by necessity. Beautifully located cottage. Ideal base for exploring from. Brancaster beach was ideal for the dogs. Friendly Owner lives behind cottage. The cottage was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Picturesque cottage in delightful setting which could do with a bit of updating but is reasonably comfortable especially the main bed. Central location, shame theres no shop nearby but there is a pretty pub. The road is quite busy surprisingly but we had a good week as plenty to do if you like wildlife and the sea.
