The country-style kitchen has everything that guests will need to make themselves at home whilst there is space to relax in both the cosy lounge and outside in the charming garden. The property is a wonderful homely place for families to stay, but please be aware that the cottage-style stairs are somewhat steep.

Pond cottage is in a great location to explore North Norfolk. The cottage could do with a bit of updating the new addition of central heating made it nice and cosy. We enjoyed our stay and so did the dogs.

A clean and comfortable cottage, especially with the newly installed gas central heating. The cottage has double and twin bedrooms - the twin bedroom is only accessible through the double bedroom. This is OK for children but put our adult daughter and her partner off of staying more than one night. Bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor so mayRead more be challenging for nocturnal visits for those with restricted mobility. Watch out for the low door between the kitchen and living room. Although the cottage is a little tired, and in need of an update, the views over the pond make up for it, beautiful setting, The cottage did have everything we needed, but the beds and sofas were a little uncomfortable.

Small, quaint and quirky cottage. Very well positioned for access to the whole North Norfolk coastal area and around. Very quiet area in spite of nearby road. Lovely outlook over duckpond. Cosy and comfy with everything you need. Small shady and secure garden ideal for our small dog.

As per past reviews, the furniture and decor is extremely dated. However, once we got over that and settled in we had a good stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the cottage had everything we needed for the weekend.

Cosy, comfortable cottage which is well equipped. I was looking for a long weekend away with my niece, somewhere to relax close to the beaches to walk the dogs.
