A clean and comfortable cottage with good and modern facilities (hive thermostat, Google chrome cast etc). Mostly toddler friendly but a travel stair gate is recommended. Lovely view of the river with fantastic sunset. Two local pubs along the riverside.

A great 'get away from it all' type of holiday. Everything was perfect from the cosy atmosphere of the cottage, thoughtful decor and useful equipment to the quietness of the location and what we couldn't predict was the fantastic October sunshine! Very relaxing, thank you to the owners for sharing their home

Thoroughly enjoyed our break in this cottage, it is beautifully furnished and decorated, excellently equipped and very comfortable to live in. Reedham is a lovely little village, plenty to watch on the river with two dog friendly, people friendly pubs to visit. The cottage itself is also ideal for watching the boats on the river - from outside on tRead morehe terrace or from inside - and is also very dog orientated. Would highly recommend this property. The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
