Comfortable and homely. Well equipped with all you need. Full of old world charm. Good garden for wildlife and for our dog to run around and enjoy. We had a great holiday even though the weather wasn't as kind as it could have been.

Very pretty and quaint cottage in a magical garden. I felt I'd stepped into the wind in the willows. Everything you could think of was provided. Didn't have much luck fishing but saw Pike in the river. Great base for exploring this lovely part of Norfolk. Local shop is good and has everything you need and people are so friendly. Lovely comfortable cottage, great large garden and a river, which our dog loved. Challenging stairs and low doorways typical of this style of cottage. Local Shop closes at 3pm on Saturday, although supermarkets are not to far away. Local fish and chip shop opens 3days a week. Pub closed since Feb which was a shame as it used to serve food and was aRead morebout minutes walk away. No WiFi and poor phone signal ok but trying to research where to go was difficult but mainly Norfolk is dog friendly. Hide

Comfy cottage with very challenging almost vertical stairs . Gardens are amazing on the river but access can be stopped if you have small children as no life saving equipment by the river . We were 3 adults so really enjoyed the garden. All necessary equipment is provided and we had an enjoyable week

A wonderful cosy country cottage in an amazing setting by the river. Everything we needed was on hand, felt like a real home from home. No WiFi at the cottage and no phone signal in the area is a toxic combination. The cottage desperately needs WiFi as so many places expect or benefit from booking in advance post-covid. It's also no where near a pub because The Boar Inn has been shut for 2 years according to locals so no idea why it's mentioned. Eating out is also problematic as soRead more many gastropubs only cater for a London wallet. No country pubs left in the area. But these things aside, cottage is very cosy and comfortable. Hide
