Rossmore is a modern, spacious house located down a private drive in a secluded setting of the popular coastal village Holme-next-the-Sea. With its spacious, open-plan dining and sitting rooms, four bedrooms, extensive gardens, outdoor seating area and acceptance of up to 5 dogs, this is the ideal house for a large family group (or groups!) who want to enjoy the attractions of Holme beach and the rest of the North Norfolk coast.

For eating out locally, the popular White Horse pub is also only a 10-minute walk away from the house and the Lifeboat Inn at Thornham is under 2 miles away. Holme-next-the-Sea is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, ideal for long walks or a trip to the large golden sandy beach - within walking distance of Rossmore!

A short 3-mile trip takes you to the larger town of Hunstanton, the ideal base to enjoy Norfolk's superb coastline. This seaside town has a wealth of activities from Crazy Golf and exploring rock pools to the tranquil Esplanade Gardens - ensuring that there is something for everyone.

 

  • 4 bedrooms – 1 master bedroom with double bed and TV, 1 double room, 2 twin rooms (1 with TV/DVD)
  • 2 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with shower over bath, WC and underfloor heating, 1 en-suite wet-room with bath and shower, WC and underfloor heating, 1 separate WC
  • Gas range oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer

  • This property will be decorated for Christmas
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 5 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £40. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Enjoyed our time at Rossmore but had difficulty accessing the lounge area down the two steps. A handrail would help greatly.

We all really enjoyed our Christmas break at this cottage, was a very relaxing holiday. Location was great, plenty of space. Would highly recommend.

A few cleaning issues we had to sort ourselves on arrival and range oven wasnt working to full captivity but a very enjoyable holiday was had by all the family

Great location and cottage, worked really well for us. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a cottage with plenty of space, an enclosed garden, close to the beach with great facilities.

Cottage is lovely with a mix of old and new, ensuite bathroom was lovely except for no toilet roll holder. The 3 bathrooms were great with 8 of us staying there.

An excellent property, spacious and comfortable, with a large, wonderful garden. Well located for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Had an issue with one of the toilets and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently, always a good sign I think. We would thoroughly recommend this property. Loved it.

It is a beautiful location to stay in and easy access to nearby beach that is perfect for dogs. Cottage spacious and has everything you could want in the kitchen .
