Set on the outskirts of a pretty North Norfolk village, this charming and spacious semi-detached holiday cottage is ideally situated for sailing at the Staithe and for exploring this beautiful region.

Sandpiper is a spacious, contemporary semi-detached house on the edge of the popular coastal village of Brancaster Staithe. Situated in a small cul-de-sac, it provides a safe area for a family holiday so that you can truly relax. It is stylishly furnished with a retro theme and has a modern glass conservatory leading out to a patio and garden. There is ample space to park a boat and trailer, great for those who want to spend some of their holiday on the water.

This property is in the perfect location to enjoy all the activities on this particular stretch of coast. It is ideally placed for sailing at the Staithe, which is approximately a quarter-mile away, as well as the neighbouring village of Burnham Deepdale which boasts various facilities, including tennis courts, shops and a pretty church.

At the National Trust's Brancaster Estate, you can not only visit the harbour but also wander through Brancaster Staithe to take in the spectacular coastal views and its wildlife. There are also fun activity days and guided ranger walks to enjoy, or pop along to Hunstanton, 9 miles away where you can visit the sea life sanctuary and glorious stretches of beach.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This cottage was very good standard for the money and in an excellent position, close to all amenities and beaches.The local pub, The Jolly Sailors was a 5 minute walk and was so good with friendly staff and good value food. We came primarily as bird watchers and this proved to be a very convenient base to visit all the local bird reserves and beacRead morehes. Hide

Great location : nice walks , lovely local beach , pub 2 minutes walk great food and drink , shop just down the road , quality ice cream and crab hut in the harbor Overall the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
