The accommodation was a good size in a pleasant situation but the level of cleanliness was disappointingly lower than that of other places we have booked through Holiday Cottages.

We loved the cottage and location and had a lovely week away. However, when we arrived the kitchen bin was full of rubbish and the dishwasher full of dishes. It didnt appear as if the downstairs floor had been cleaned that well either. I would recommend to friends if I thought the cleaning would be improved.

This is a really nice, well equipped house in a really great location. There are lovely walks all around the area and you are right on the main road with ready access to the whole of the North Norfolk Coast. The Local pub - the Jolly Sailors is great and we were able to get a seat by booked via opentable. We also had a wonderful meal at the White HRead moreorse although this was much more difficult to book as it is so popular. Hide

We had a lovely stay at Sandpiper cottage in Brancaster Staithe as usual - we really like the house and location and have stayed there quite a few times over the years. The improvements to the conservatory and garden are great!

Fantastic location. Good enclosed dog friendly garden. Nice comfortable bed. Good modern kitchen and bathroom. Nice welcome gift. Only little things need improving. The area is perfect for all the local beaches and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the main road. Very clean and perfect for us and our 2 dogs as the garden is completely secure. I would definitely come again but hope that the garden furniture is accessible next time and not locked away!
