Stylishly designed and finished, this recently converted barn is ideal for a large family or group of friends, set within a short walk of the beautiful white sandy beach at Mundesley.

Considered one of Norfolk’s finest beaches thanks to its long stretch of sand and safe swimming, Mundesley is backed by a promenade lined with colourful beach huts. A short drive away is the family-friendly seaside resort of Cromer, home to a host of attractions, shops and restaurants, together with its very own theatre located on the pier. Set out on foot to discover the delights of the Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which take in marshes, nature reserves and dunes. A little further afield you can hire a boat for the day to explore the stunning waterways Norfolk Broads.

This simply stunning property has been beautifully designed and decorated to offer a super stylish accommodation with plenty of additional extras throughout. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a sociable and enjoyable space in which to prepare delicious meals for fellow guests. This area features a bespoke central island with stools for everyone where you can stargaze through the sky light, and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and wine cooler. Once prepared, enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table nearby, which can seat everyone. At the end of a long day out exploring and having fun, the spacious lounge area is the perfect place to relax and unwind as a group. Here you will find comfortable sofas and a TV with Sky sports package. There are five spacious bedrooms for guests to choose from. The master king-size bedroom boasts its own dressing area, walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite shower room and WC. Next are the double bedroom and twin room which both have en-suite shower rooms and WC. The remaining two bedrooms consist of a further double bedroom and finally, a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request). There is a large family bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and WC and for guests really wanting to unwind, there is a dedicated sauna room. Finally, completing the property is a cinema room, boasting a screen and audio system, so friends and family can enjoy a movie in style.

Outside of the property is a large, private and enclosed decking area, with a table and reclining chairs, so you can dine alfresco by the warmth of the fire pit, there is also a hot tub with unspoilt views over the countryside, providing the most perfect environment to relax and unwind. There is ample off-road parking, and a shared games room with snooker and pool table, table football, board games, table tennis.
