The plan shows the cottage being near the sea, witch it is as the crow flies, but there is no access of course and we did't know if we could get onto the coast path to be able to walk into Mundesley. It was absolutely necessary to have a car or good walking legs. The view out of the lounge window was brilliant. We would recommend the cottage with tRead morehe above comment so they are aware. Nice little cottage with all mod cons. Great location, 10 minutes walk to cliff tops and beach where you can walk the dogs off lead. You can walk to the Ship Inn via the beach which is very dog friendly.

The cottage was well furnished and I was impressed with the full size fridge freezer and dishwasher provided. Whilst located on the entrance road to the holiday village it was very quiet and peaceful during our visit. Lovely walk along the cliffs into Mundesley. Good location for day trips out and about round Norfolk.

Fantastic little cottage, cosy and warm. The kitchen was a little small to cook for a family of four, not much prep space but other than that, we couldnt fault it. It was absolutely lovely and Id highly recommend staying there.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
