A very warm welcome from the owners of this beautiful cottage. We have now stayed in this cottage quite a few times. The cottage is spotlessly clean. Its always a real treat to return to this beautiful cottage. The bed is very comfortable. All I can say its beautiful and we just love to stay there. Looking forward to our return there in 2020.

The owners were there as soon as I arrived and gave me a very warm welcome. The cottage itself was lovely to look at, being a typical Norfolk flint stone home. Inside it was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard with attention to detail. All in all, faultless.

This is a truly wonderful cottage. The building itself is of the highest quality and the internal fixtures, fittings and furniture are equally luxurious. The access and parking are second to none. I cannot praise this cottage enough. We have rented more that forty self catering properties over the years and this is undoubtedly the very best.

This was our fourth visit to this beautiful cottage! I think that says it all. The cottage is so comfortable and well equipped. The wildlife is lovely and it is so peaceful. The owners are so helpful but never intrusive. Jennys lemon drizzle cake is first class. We will be back soon.

This cottage is ideally based to explore the whole of North Norfolk and haas plenty of good walks from the door to save use of the car. There is a very good patio area which enjoys the sun from about 11:00am until sunset. This is one of the best equiped properties we have ever stayed in

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
