Located in picturesque Selbrigg in North Norfolk, this cottage is in a perfect location for enjoying scenic country walks and wildlife watching. Selbrigg Pond is a well-known location for angling and is home to an abundance of fish including pike, roach, perch, and eels, which must all be returned to the pond due to it being part of a protected reserve.

Selbrigg Cottage is perfectly situated for those who want to explore the whole North Norfolk coast, with its historic market towns such as Holt just 3 miles from the property, and its wonderful beaches and seaside resorts. Excellent position for walking and spotlessly clean. Possibly the best cottage we have stayed at.

This is the third time we have stayed in this cottage and always look forward to it. We stay normally in November because we like to bird watch mainly on the coast and this cottage is ideally placed for this. It is warm and welcoming after a cold day out.

In the perfect position to enjoy the best part of North Norfolk. Comfortable and well equipped with very hospitable but unobtrusive hosts.

This cottage is wonderful hence our second visit this year. It has everything one could possibly need but should you find something lacking the owners have more than happy to help. I thoroughly recommend Sellbrig Cottage.

The cottage has everything you need even down to a choice of BBQ's to use. It is well laid out with a spacious bedroom and plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower cubicle. The patio area is lovely to sit on in the evening and pass the time away listening to the birds. If you like the quiet of the countRead moreryside then this is an ideal location. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
