Sitting under the watchful eye of a 14th-century church tower in the lovely village of Worstead is this spacious single-storey cottage – the perfect holiday home for a group of friends or family looking to celebrate a special occasion. Located in a quaint complex of properties in the grounds of a village pub, it sleeps six people across three bedrooms and offers plenty of space for socialising. Spend your days exploring the Norfolk Broads by boat or mountain bike, and your evenings sipping wine with your loved ones in the cottage’s pretty garden.

Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the cottage’s impressive full-height vaulted ceiling, which gives it a fantastic sense of space and light. Make your way to the kitchen area in the large open-plan living room/kitchen/diner and cook up a celebratory dinner for your nearest and dearest. Eat together around the dining table, or head outside to the garden and dine alfresco. Pour yourself a glass of wine and soak up the village atmosphere from the garden, or head indoors and relax in front of the TV in the living area. At the end of the day, there are three lovely bedrooms to choose from.

Get everyone together for a fabulous day out on the water. Make your way Wroxham (8 miles), hire a boat and take to the water to explore the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk Broads. On the way home, stop off at Wroxham Barns (4 miles) for a little retail therapy. This is a great place to purchase local delicacies for dinner, so any foodies in your group will be delighted. If you have the kids with you, they’ll love the junior farm and funfair there too.

Superb property and location. We hired it with by two brothers and partners so three double en suit rooms was ideal all good sizes. The large open plan living area was massive and very comfortable. Dennis the owner and Landlord of the local pub was very hospitable. Had a meal at pub on the Thursday (fish and chip night) huge portions at sensible prRead moreices. Parking right outside cottage for 3 cars very convenient. Would recommend to anyone. Hide

Excellent accommodation! We took two 90 year olds who had their own bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are two steps to get into the building but level throughout. Clean, warm and comfortable and well placed for visiting different areas. We would definitely consider returning.

The cottage was modern and very comfortable and its close proximity to the owners public house was a great benefit enabling us to go and have a meal out, saving us the need for always having to cook in, a great way to enjoy some lovely meals with a pint.

Property a nice size although the kitchen could have been arranged better. If you like to have a drink and go in the pub, you couldn't get any closer. All staff very cheery and polite. Breakfast is available in the pub which is nice and handy if you don't want to cook. I would go there again

Quiet and lovely place. Clean accommodation, comfy bed and was able to sleep well. We were not disturbed by the hourly church clock rings as mentioned on some reviews . We had everything we needed.
