This thoughtfully renovated traditional fisherman's cottage is an ideal family holiday home located just a short walk from the beautiful sea front in the popular and bustling coastal town of Cromer.

Skippers Rest is a traditional fisherman's cottage brimming with seaside cottage character. As well as a stunning interior, it is located in a very enviable position just 50 yards from the sea, perfect for those who want to walk straight to the beach. A perfect bijou cottage for couples (and their dog!) seeking a traditional break to the seaside, you can let time pass you by as you sit out on the patio, a sun trap rarely found in these seaside cottages.

Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a stunning cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing fleet that still brings in its catch for sale in the town, and its fine pier, with its magnificent end of pier Theatre. Learn about local history at the museum or RNLI Henry Blogg lifeboat museum and marvel at the animals at Amazona zoo.

While there are lots of pubs, restaurants and shops in Cromer, you also have lots of seaside and inland villages nearby to explore. Sheringham is 5 miles to the east where you can spend a day at the beach or walk along the Norfolk Coast AONB, where you will also find the National Trust Blakeney National Nature Reserve.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Excellent location with everything you need on your doorstep. Beach, amusements, fish n chips, pub, ice cream, restaurants, pier, crabbing. Kids had a great time! Weather was perfect so that was a massive bonus. The only thing I didnt like was that the bathroom was downstairs at the back of the kitchen. It wasnt a major issue but in the middle of tRead morehe night trying to creep down the steep creaking staircase was not ideal when kids were asleep. Saying that it wouldnt put me off staying again!
