As well as a stunning interior, it is located in a very enviable position just 50 yards from the sea, perfect for those who want to walk straight to the beach. A perfect bijou cottage for couples (and their dog!) seeking a traditional break to the seaside, you can let time pass you by as you sit out on the patio, a sun trap rarely found in these seaside cottages.

Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a stunning cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing fleet that still brings in its catch for sale in the town, and its fine pier, with its magnificent end of pier Theatre. It is a very smart, immaculate cottage centrally located opposite a busy fish and chip shop. It is small with a sunny patio at the rear.

A lovely little cottage, centrally located, yet quite quiet late at night. The cottage has attractive, up to date fittings and the sunny little patio is a definite bonus.

We had a wonderful holiday In Cromer at Skippers Rest ! Right in the heart of the town it was so fun to be next to all the shops and the amazing beach. It was so relaxing and all we had hoped it would be. We found people very helpful and friendly, and made very welcome by our host.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
