Great location for exploring North Norfolk and the wider area. Lovely quiet location with the town of Holt very close by. The cottage is cosy with lovely outdoor spaces. Inside is modern but with a nice nod to its past. We will stay again. As others have commented. The stairs are narrow and steep as is expected with a property of this type and age.

What a little gem of a cottage ! Beautiful inside & out, fantastic garden which we all enjoyed especially the dog! As mentioned before the staircase is interesting & needs to be approached with care but once upstairs - delightful rooms. Loved the stable door in the fully equipped kitchen. A very clean, well equipped and comfortable cottage in a very peaceful setting. The low ceilings could be problematic for taller guests, my partner and I are 5' 4"and 5' 7" respectively, but we regularly banged our heads on the top of one of the door frames up-stairs. This old cottage conversion was clean and fairly well equipped with traditional appliances which were easy to operate. A lovely cottage in a nice quiet location but close to Holt and other popular areas. We liked that the cottage had an upstairs bedroom one end and the downstairs the other end of the cottage so we didn't disturb each other. There was plenty of space inside and out for the four of us.
