It is a light and airy holiday apartment on the first floor and has the advantage of off road parking.


There is a local supermarket, a pub and a restaurant just a few steps away, a traditional chemist, a good butcher plus many other interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The highlight of the town has to be its steam railway which will take you straight from Wells along to the inland village of Welsingham, taking in gorgeous countryside on the way.


The seaside town is a very popular central base for holiday makers looking for a central location to explore this lovely part of the Norfolk coastline. You can take a day trip to Brancaster (9 miles), Blakeney (8 miles) and Thornham (13 miles) or visit the National Trust Blakeney National Nature Reserve 5 miles away. Further afield is the queen's Norfolk residence of Sandringham, 20 miles from the town and a great day out.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy.
