A cosy seafront holiday home offering comfortable accommodation for two guests and benefitting from spectacular views across the green to the sea, an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Located along the seafront of the popular seaside resort of Cromer and is just a few hundred metres from the water’s edge, this property enjoys an excellent location in one of Norfolk’s best-loved holiday destinations. The wide-open beaches and traditional pier along with theatre are just a stone’s throw away, perfect for swimmers and surfers alike. Cromer also offers an array of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. For day trips out, the stunning National Trust sites of Blicking and Felbrigg Hall are short drive away. Other nearby attractions include Holkham Hall, Amazona Zoo and RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve.

Upon entering the property, you will arrive in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area consists of a comfy sofa and TV, making this the perfect spot to relax after a long day, along with table and chairs should you wish to have breakfast, lunch or dinner looking at towards the sea. The kitchen area includes an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment, so you can prepare a meal for two. The bedroom features a double bed for a great night’s rest and storage space for your clothes and belongings. The bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, there is a small enclosed area to unwind in which can be accessed from the bedroom. Here you can relax on the garden furniture provided which is made up of a table and two chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. There is off-road parking for two cars.
