This cottage is located in Winterton-on-Sea, a lovely seaside village with an attractive sandy beach, making it perfect for those who like to be able to walk to the beach, as it lies just 0.5 miles from the property, as do the handy village shop and welcoming pub.

From the village of Winterton-on-Sea the whole of Norfolk’s east coast is within easy reach. The seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is located 10 miles south of the property, whilst just a mile around the coast, the Horsey Gap is home to a colony of grey seals. Head inland to spend a day on the picturesque Norfolk Broads, just 10 miles away.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Fantastic accommodation and a great location and setting

Excellent property at the highest levels of quality, build and finish. Upstairs mezzanine style design was fabulous with a lounge which overlooks the field. Loved the views from the upstairs bedroom. The property itself sits on a very large plot which means plenty of immediate green space for family and dog.
