The cottage overlooks the largest common in Norfolk –55 acres of common ground with a children's play area and a village duck pond. Mulbarton is a peaceful village with shops, a pub and a fish and chip shop, and is an ideal base for rural walks. The owners run a vintage car restoration business on-site.

The cathedral city of Norwich (7 miles) offers plenty of opportunities for shopping, eating and relaxing. You could head to the Norfolk Broads (17 miles), where you can hire a boat and explore the countryside. The coast is within easy reach, with Great Yarmouth (25 miles) and Lowestoft (35 miles) offering beautiful sandy beaches.

The cottage is situated in a quiet surrounding at a very large and nice village green, perfect for a short stroll or sports. You can view ducks and moorhens in a small pond directly behind the house. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. We spent a nice time there. Buses to Norwich are going every 30 minutes, a Coop and a farRead moremshop are not far. Hide
