A delightful three-bedroomed cottage sleeping five guests in comfortable surroundings, situated in an excellent location within walking distance of Holt's shops and pubs.

Situated in the much-loved Norfolk town of Holt, this characterful cottage offers all the home-from-home comforts you could desire on a family holiday. Beautifully decorated, you can spend your evenings either in the sunny garden or cosily settled in front of the wood burner-effect gas fire in the lounge after bracing walks on the nearby coast. The well-equipped kitchen/diner seats six, while upstairs there are three restful bedrooms, an en-suite double, a twin and a single, plus a family bathroom. There is also parking available.

From the front door you can take a scenic stroll around Holt’s attractive Georgian squares and quaint streets lined with independent shops and pubs. The weekly farmers' market is a great place to stock up on fresh local food and artisan products, which will no doubt please any keen cooks in your party. The North Norfolk Railway at Holt Station offers steam train journeys through the surrounding countryside, while the Holt Country Park has a network of footpaths through woodland and colourful heathland to explore.

Whether you spend your days relaxing on the beach, taking a family-friendly boat trip, discovering coastal nature reserves or enjoying seaside walks together, the North Norfolk coast is only 4 miles to the north of the town. For a fun day out, the bustling resort of Cromer, 10 miles, offers a traditional pier, attractions including a zoo, surfing and a wealth of eateries or if you prefer historical houses, visit the National Trust property at Felbrigg Hall, 9 miles away.
