Retaining all of its original charm through exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, wooden flooring and timber-framed windows, the property also boasts a wood burner for chillier evenings. The village of Long Stratton is less than 4 miles away and hosts a selection of shops, tearooms and pubs: perfect for stocking up on supplies or enjoying hearty meals out. A great time was had by all (11 adults aged 28-82). There was everything we needed with many great activities too. Some of us had a few enjoyable days out and some of us enjoyed the peaceful, restful location. The owners were discretely attentive to any questions.

A wonderful venue for a holiday with family or friends. So much to do on site there is no need to venture out unless you want to. Beautifully restored farmhouse, very comfortable accommodation. Very much enjoyed the hot tub, pool and table tennis. The owners are fantastic hosts and we were made to feel so welcome. They decorated the dining room for a special birthday and left flowers, cake and even fizz. We didnt want to leave .

We went for my daughter's hen weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The Farmhouse is beautiful, quaint but spacious, and well stocked with cups/plates/cooking equipment etc. Lucy had made the best chocolate cake we had ever tasted to welcome us on the Friday - a lovely touch. Lovely house in good settings with plenty to do for the kids if you cannot leave the property for any reason. Stairs are quite steep if someone has mobility problems, but loved the quirkiness of the property.

The house was in a lovely quiet location. As there was 11 in our party there was plenty of room, bedrooms were all a good size with very comfy beds. As we had toddlers in our group it was a nice touch to have some outside toys for them to play with plus toilet seats etc. A very enjoyable holiday.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts.
