This impressive house is set in a tranquil village, perfect for exploring this delightful area. The Marriotts Way can be accessed from the village, offering a trail of 26 miles for walkers and cyclists. Swaffham (4 miles) offers plenty of shops and restaurants.

Nature lovers can head to the Norfolk Broads (36 miles) or some of the many local reserves, including RSPB Titchwell and Blakeney Point (both 32 miles). Other local attractions include Norwich (28 miles), the Royal Estate at Sandringham (23 miles), Thetford Forest (15 miles) and the market town of King’s Lynn (20 miles).

The property is an interesting, comfortable and large property. The owners have decorated it and furnished it beautifully - there's everything you could want. Beds are comfortable, rooms are warm. Splendid period Victorian house with a lovely garden with plenty of games equipment. Provided with games dvd's and boks for the wet dayd. Modern bathroom suites and a power shower. Beautiful house in a small village near to Swaffham, very comfortable, a real home from home. Lovely garden for the children to play or grownups to chill. Convenient for north coast beaches, the Broads, Thetford Forest and all points in between.

Wonderful weekend stay at this lovely property which has been beautifully renovated. We arrived to a warm welcome of some treats to get us started and the house warm and cosy.
