Thoughtfully and imaginatively refurbished in 2018, this property is a light, spacious and welcoming bungalow for up to six people, making it an ideal base for families wanting to enjoy a great holiday on the stunning Norfolk coast. This delightful property has a bright and airy lounge, a stylish kitchen/diner, relaxing conservatory, three cosy bedrooms, a bathroom and an en-suite wet room. The cottage also has an enclosed garden with a patio and BBQ, and lovely views over farmland where you may spot some wildlife.

This lovely property is located in the beautiful Victorian seaside village of Mundesley, which has glorious sandy beaches, fantastic coastal paths and scenic landscapes. The village also has a nine-hole golf course, the Maritime Museum and a choice of pubs, shops and restaurants. The picturesque Southrepps Common Local Nature Reserve is just 3 miles away.

You could head to the popular seaside town of Cromer (8 miles), famous for its pier, beach and seafront, visit the pretty village of Sheringham (14 miles) or the famous Happisburgh Lighthouse (8 miles). Within 15 miles are the extensive waterways of the Norfolk Broads, as well as numerous National Trust properties including Sheringham Park, Kelling Heath and Felbrigg Hall.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Spacious and well equiped bungalow.Our party consisted of 5 adults,one child and 2 small dogs and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us.Great value for money.

Beautiful bungalow, everything that you would need was in the property. The beds were all a very good size and comfortable. The village is walkable but not for elderly or very young. The village has everything you would need and the beach is fantastic. We walked to the pub in Trunch (half an hour) but it does do good pizza takeaways as well. Would Read moredefinitely visit again. Had a really lovely holiday to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary with our family staying just for the weekend & us having the rest of the week to ourselves.Cottage was very big with plenty of room for the 2 dogs & had everything you could possibly need. The bed was so comfortable & big!

The Helens was outstanding! Clean, spacious, well equipped, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The garden was tranquil and perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day on Mundesley beach. Plenty of parking outside the property and very child and dog friendly! The owner was Read morea pleasure to deal with we had to have home oxygen delivered for our visit for my disabled Mother, nothing was too much trouble! Excellent holiday. Hide

A car is required if you intend to have trips to the beach unless you take only things that will fit into a backpack. It is a fair walk (1 mile +) to the beach so not practical to carry large bags with children and/or dogs.

The cottage had everything that we required and although we brought washing tablets etc. It was very thoughtful that the owners had thought of this including ice cubes. The best praise is that both the ladies said they could happily live in this all year round.

This was a wonderful holiday home, very comfortable, spacious and modern. Lovely comfy beds and the kitchen had all mod cons with loads of equipment, Emma the owner was really helpful and thoughtful offering to go and accept my Sainsburys shop, as most supermarkets are a fair distance online grocery shopping is recommended

I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was clean, well presented and had everything we needed, as well as having a lovely garden and views over the field. We felt at home at the Helens and it was the perfect base for exploring the nearby area.

The bungalow was in the perfect location not too near or too far away from the village centre. It was huge and photos did it no justice really. Owner was very helpful and friendly. It is a great place to share with friends and family and was like home from home.

Absolutely perfect property to a wonderful stay. We were 4 adults and 2 greyhounds and we felt that the amount of room in the bungalow was just fantastic. It is like a tardis inside. The owner left a very comprehensive welcome pack. Tea/coffee/milk/sugar and even some yummy biscuits. They also left out some treats for the dogs and some water. LovelRead morey to have fresh flowers in a vase. All these extra touches makes this place feel like home from home. We will certainly return. Thank you. Hide

This property is in a great location. We stayed over the Christmas period and the owners put up a lovely tree and decorations and put a bottle of wine In the fridge. The bungalow is fully equipped and you could not ask for more. This is one of the best holiday properties we have stayed in.
