You need to be aware that this is a basic and somewhat dated property; from the furniture and decor to the very old TV (that doesn't get many channels) and the internet that isn't fast enough for streaming. It does need some TLC as there are also some challenges with cleanliness. Having said that the location is superb. A 10 minute walk down to theRead more quayside in Wells, a 10 minute drive to Holkam and numerous other beaches and Parks within a short drive. Great pubs in nearby Warham and Wighton. Hide

The bungalow was perfect for being able to access everything in town, and in a lovely quiet location. It was perfect for our small dog, with a safe, enclosed garden.

A lovely, quiet cottage in a cul de sac. Well equipped, warm and in easy reach of, but not in, the town. The fact that I have just booked our 6th visit says it all.

This was our third visit to the bungalow & it was most pleasing to see on-going improvement all round. It provided a warm & cosy base to use to dodge the showers and is so convenient for the town & beautiful places around. We booked for 2021 whilst still there!

Its a lovely bungalow that has everything you need. Its only a 5 minute walk to the harbour and the location is great. The bungalow is not ultra modern but really is great value for the money and is spacious.

Feb 2020. Property warm and everything worked. Description is accurate, its not up to date decor, however it was value for money. Beds very good. Bedding and towels provided. Parking a little tight on entry due to small wall placed just at tyre height, but once in its fine. Great location, good garden for dogs.
