The Mews at Haveringland Hall is a single-storey character property, and one of four which have been converted in an Italianate courtyard of fine coach house buildings, nestled within a peaceful woodland setting. Built in 1840 and designed by famed Buckingham Palace architect Edward Blore, the Clock Tower entrance welcomes you. With four-poster beds and marble-top dining tables, the properties are tastefully furnished with a warm feeling of grandeur about them. There are superb shared leisure facilities, including a 30-foot indoor heated swimming-pool fed by natural spring water, an indoor games room with table tennis, pool table and a children's play area. All four cottages can be booked together, making them ideal for large parties, special celebrations and family get-togethers.

You'll find shops and supermarkets within a 15-minute drive, and the local pub is within walking distance at approximately 20 minutes. Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure theme park is only 7 miles away, for a fun-filled family day out.

It's only a 12-mile drive into the vibrant city of Norwich, where there are endless options for days out. The vast waterways of the Norfolk Broads are only 14 miles from your door too, known for being the UK's largest and finest wetland landscape.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
