Fabulous , out of the way, large property in beautiful rural area. Ideal for a big group. Enough room to feel one has some privacy from others but not too big that you feel isolated at all. The games room was excellent for gathering all ages together.

The house was lovely and had lots of lovely room. The welcome basket was a pleasing touch especially the addition of dog bowls and treats. Didn't need for anything and the children enjoyed all the toys. Owners very helpful. Would reccomend the house for friends or family gatherings.

A beautiful and spacious property with loads of original features and modern fittings. Plenty of room to have your own space and chill as well as come together to enjoy meal times and activities in the game room. Owner gave us lots of information and advice on our stay and was very proactive when we had some questions. Thoroughly recommend!

This is an ideal property for large groups with various self contained areas. The games room is a big hit and the courtyard a real sun trap. Comfortable beds and bedding and soft towels in all rooms make for a very pleasant stay. Good walking from the door and not far in the car to the Broads and Norfolk Coast.

The Old Barn is a beautiful home. We visited for four nights as a family of 11, all adults. There was plenty of space when quiet was needed. The games room was a massive hit. The kitchen was amazing, so well equipped and easy to cook a roast for us all. We stayed over a cold weekend but were nice and warm inside. We would like to return.
