A beautiful barn, perfect for 2 or 3 families. Very clean and contemporary. Fantastic games room with pool table, bar area and large comfy sofa, ideal for the evenings. The Old Barn is a beautiful large barn conversion with added ground floor extensions that comfortably cater for a party of 12. Huge property for big groups and the sleeping arrangements mean that there are at least two double bedrooms well away from any noise in the living room and games room. Nice lawned garden at the front and a more cosy courtyard in the back. Close enough to the A47 for convenience but not too close so there is very little road noise.

We are a diverse family group but there was something for all to do within the Old Barn on a drizzly autumn day. There is plenty of nearby places to visit,in particular the local Water Gardens, we didnt travel more than 12 miles on any of our trips out. Well be back.

Lovely place, very spacious, in a quiet location, and convenient for getting to the broads and seaside. Lots of space for parking and nice outdoor areas when the weathers warmer and drier. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Games room/pool table was a fun bonus. The welcome basket was thoughtful. Appreciated that there were kids toys availableRead more for the little ones. Only downside was that the downstairs ensuite needs refurbishing to bring it up to the same standard as the other bathrooms. Hide

Fabulous , out of the way, large property in beautiful rural area. Ideal for a big group. Enough room to feel one has some privacy from others but not too big that you feel isolated at all. The games room was excellent for gathering all ages together.

The house was lovely and had lots of lovely room. The welcome basket was a pleasing touch especially the addition of dog bowls and treats. Didn't need for anything and the children enjoyed all the toys. Owners very helpful. Would reccomend the house for friends or family gatherings.

The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.
