The house is spectacular, very spacious and makes a great base for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. Some lovely cycling and walking in the area - the loop from the door around Lound Lakes is a delightful walk - and there are lots of possibilities for activities and outings, e.g. Waveney River Centre, East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens, the coast, etc.

A beautiful property very well located for access to both the Norfolk Broads and Suffolk. You had a real sense of luxury from the moment you arrived and the property was very well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Really nicely decorated. Mattresses were far too soft in all rooms we all struggled to sleep. Especially in the room with big window the curtains do not cover at the top so it was daylight at 4.30am! No WiFi during our stay which was disappointing as it meant we couldnt watch things we wanted on the smart TVs and my husband couldnt work. Hope you hRead moreave respectful neighbours communal courtyard hot tub area could be noisy. Description of bed sizes was different to site but has been updated now. Hide

This property is truly wonderful, it is beautifully furnished, well equipped and has a feeling of luxury the moment you step inside. Everything is high end quality and the hot tub was fabulous in the evenings with the lights and music . I would highly recommend.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
