We entered the property and exclaimed Wow, very spacious accommodation for two people. Full of character, surrounded by fields and a small copse. Good location to the coast and various nature reserves. Turn left at the gate walk up the track, cross the road, and follow the footpath sign to the end and return. Really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous property, off the beaten track, literally! So peaceful you could hear the flocks of geese flying over. Close to the coast and some good pubs and the welcome pack was especially welcome as wed forgotten to pack teabags! A fantastic short break in North Norfolk.

Rather remote but a very peaceful location with a wonderful garden which our dogs loved. Very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Easy travelling distance to local towns of Cromer, Wells Next the Sea, Sherringham and Holt. Great for a 'get away from it all holiday' but a fair distance from shops and restaurants.

On a very wet Tuesday I read and made notes on the 2003---2018 visitors book. My "article" appears in the 2019-+ visitors book. Of the 250 entries(2003-18) only 4% would NOT return 44% adored it and promised more visits(several have already done so) 52% were generally happy with their experience, despite the odd moan General cleanliness(cobwebs, spidRead moreers and the like) was the major moan Industrial cleaning Company once per month would solve the problem The peacefulness of this location is idyllic Hide
