An attractive Victorian property offering spacious and stylish three-storey accommodation for six guests, situated in the seaside village of Overstrand, just a stone’s throw from the beach.

The Swallows is a beautiful Victorian property that comfortably sleeps six with sea views from two of the bedrooms. The rooms are large and bright and have been stylishly decorated by the owners. The house is particularly suited to families, especially those with young children, there's a garden where kids can run around and cosy seating for watching films at the end of a busy day.

The cottage is located in the popular coastal village of Overstrand just a short drive from Cromer. The house is up from a sandy beach that's located at one end of the road. If you time it right, you might be able to watch the local fishermen bring in the day's catch. At the top of the road is a pub, local shop and post office – the perfect setting for your Norfolk holiday!

Head to Cromer, only 3 miles away from the village, for a day out and make sure you wander down to the end of the pier for what's believed to be the UK's last end-of-pier show. While here you also must taste the Cromer crab, a local delicacy. Cromer is home to a golf course and Amazona Zoo and just outside town, 5 miles from the property, is Felbrigg Hall & Gardens.

 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The Swallows is a beautiful house tastefully furnished, lovely and warm and dog friendly. So close to the beach one way and a good pub the other, all round win.

The Swallows is a particularly spacious, comfortable, well equipped holiday cottage in a peaceful location. It has plenty of 'extras' such as games and beach equipment for use.

A characterful and comfortable cottage which is very well equipped and has a great range of children's toys and games. Well situated close to the beach( though a steep walk down ).

Ideally situated for a young family. Close to the beach, with a small beach cafe at one end of the road and an excellent child friendly and dog friendly pub at the other. Small enclosed garden which makes the property safe for both children and pets.

Great property, great location for the coast and NT trips. Local pub very welcoming and tasty food. In every way a fantastic short break with very unusual warm days and blue skys.
