Great cottage in a fantastic location, within a five minute walk of the beach. Excellent pub and tea rooms on the doorstep. All in all a lovely holiday was had by the whole family.

The cottage is in a good location but it is dirty and has clearly had no more than a quick turnaround for a long time.

Timbers is situated in a lovely part of North Norfolk. It is ideally situated for the beach at Weybourne. The cottage is comfortable and full of character. Although it states it is a cottage for six it is probably best suited for no more than four people. There is a great pub close by and a little shop to buy essentials. Not convinced this is value for money. Relatively small space so glad we didn't take the labrador in the end. Good location, can walk to a shingle beach with no facilities, great pub for food, local caf and shop. Lots of leaflets available along with years' old post but no recommendations for local places to eat. The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
