The town itself boasts an array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and places to eat along with a popular beach and thriving theatre. The National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg, together with Sheringham Park, are well worth a visit as is Blakeney Point, where you can catch one of the regular boat services from Morston to see England’s largest grey seal colony. Alternatively, go bird watching at Cley Marshes or visit the popular resort of Cromer, famous for the Pier Show, which is nearby.

As you enter this modern semi-detached property, the hallway leads through to the kitchen on the right and straight ahead to the sitting room/diner. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for that home-from-home feel and is complete with its electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet and a washer/dryer. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy a breakfast while planning your days adventures. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. There are two bedrooms upstairs on the first floor, a double room and a twin room, both with plenty of storage space for your belongings. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC, perfect for freshening up after a long day exploring.

We had a lovely week in Sheringham. The house was one of the nicest properties we've stayed in in Norfolk. It is well equipped & welcoming. The location is ideal, easy access to the town & the beach!

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
