Located within an historic building, this delightful one-bedroom apartment is a peaceful bolthole from which to explore the Norfolk coastline and countryside. Approached via a grand archway, this Victorian former hospital now offers a contemporary kitchen, light and airy bedrooms and a cosy lounge area for relaxing evenings in. Outside are well-maintained communal grounds and an allocated parking space. Perfect for relaxing breaks for two.

Cromer is a bustling seaside resort with plenty to offer all tastes and ages. Have fun on the pier, relax on the sandy beach below or browse the many shops and cafes that line the lanes. Soak up some local history at the museum or take a trip up the church tower for spectacular views over the town and sea.

Just 10 miles away is the pretty market town of Holt, from which the famous steam railway leads to the coastal towns of Sheringham (5 miles) and Weybourne (9 miles) where there are a wealth of activities. Otherwise take a 23 mile drive to historic Norwich or visit the fantastic Norfolk Broads network of waterways (19 miles).

Excellent location for walking into Cromer & surrounding areas. Jenny was most helpful in getting the broadband working. It had been offline for a month. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is lovely. Outside the gardens are beautifully kept. We enjoyed our stay.

Town centre, bus routes and coastal path within easy reach. Well contained and very comfortable. It was a return for us, not disappointed.

Very nice little hideaway very easy access to Cromer only 5 mins walk away. Parking by front door was a big bonus. Would stay again.

Well equipped, clean and warm. Beautifully kept grounds, thanks to the friendly and helpful Robin. Close to the excellent bus service, being oldies with bus passes, we took full advantage, though ticket prices are very low anyway. The flat is only a 15 minute walk from the seafront.

Great location for walking into town, catching buses and getting to the Norfolk Coastal Path and other walking routes. Accommodation tidy, clean and I would highly recommend for an able couple. Has an area to sit and relax in, in tidy surroundings, tended to by a friendly and helpful groundsman. Quietness sometimes interrupted by a noisy dog.

The walk up the hill from the town centre is uphill and can be arduous for the elderly. Parking is relatively expensive in Cromer.

A very nice easily accessible apartment for a couple on holiday. Town and beach within walking distance for most active people but for those of limited mobility, there is a good bus service. Parking just outside door.

No 5 Victoria heights, is compact, comfortable clean and cosy. Good location, 5 minute walk into town and to the pier/beaches. 15 minute walk to train station Caretaker very helpful. Car parking close to property a bonus when unloading. Cromer a good base to explore North Norfolk coastline and countryside.

Great location. Clean well equipped property within walking distance of the town centre and seafront. I was here at Christmas and there was a lit Christmas tree and complimentary crackers as well as a packet of biscuits and milk. Very thoughtful.

The property is finished to a very high standard and the location is fantastic with being in its own grounds theres no noise.The apartment had parking a couple of yards from the door.The kitchen is well equiped,its a really nice place.

The apartment is in a lovely location a short walk to the town and beach. The mattress needs replacing. The sofa could do with a good clean, the shower room needs attention. Flooring needs sorting out as does the shower and toilet.

The cottage was very nice and cosy to stay in. We had everything we needed and it was very clean in all the rooms. I was impressed that the owners took on board my request and put a non feather duvet cover on the bed due to allergies. Thank you for that. The grounds of the property were well kept and the neighbours were very friendly. There are somRead moree lovely restaurants to visit but you need to book them in advance. We enjoyed the Red Lion, the Garden Grill and Hot Rocks. Really enjoyed it! Hide

A lovely apartment, ideal for two with private parking outside of apartment. Two minute walk to bus stop and only 10 mins walk to seafront, shops and restaurants. Thai Bann was very good and an excellent cold fish platter at Hot Rocks.

Great apartment, very conveniently located - just a short walk into Cromer. We found The Gangway a nice place for a drink and No 1 Fish and Chips was excellent. We also had a great meal at The Dales Country House Hotel, Upper Sherringham. Overall, a terrific week, highly recommended.
