Built in 2016, this delightful flint cottage, sleeping six, sits in the popular village of Southrepps. Sympathetically designed in a traditional Norfolk style, the cottage boasts a cosy lounge with brick fireplace, wood burner and oak flooring and a fantastic kitchen/diner with bespoke kitchen, tiled floor and large range oven for entertaining. Outside, a sunny patio area and lawn features a table and chairs and BBQ for long summer lunches. Perfect for memorable family holidays.

Southrepps is a charming village with many traditional flint properties, a popular pub and shop, ideal for stocking up on supplies or enjoying hearty meals out. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the property is surrounded by wonderful scenic walks both inland and towards the coast and nearby Mundesley (4 miles) and Sidestrand (2 miles).

Visit Sheringham (11 miles) with its thriving high street and North Norfolk Steam Railway, or head 5 miles to Cromer to experience its bustling pier and sandy beaches - a really great day out. Blakeney (18 miles) is home to a charming harbour and you can also take trips to see the seals, while the Broads and their network of navigable rivers and lakes are only 16 miles away. The Dinosaur Adventure Park can also provide a really fun family day out.

Warbler Cottage was superb; immediately we entered the property we felt at home, and everything is finished to a very high standard. My whole family loved it and so did our 3 retired greyhounds. There was ample space for all of us and secure parking off road was great for both our vehicles. The cottage was booked as a surprise for a special birthday. We and our children thoroughly enjoyed our stay,and most certainly hope to return. It was warm and extremely comfortably. Wonderful spacious holiday home within 2 minutes walk of the Vernon Arms.
