Brilliant location, characterful accommodation, easy parking, lots of very thoughtful little touches, beds really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Found it a little disconcerting to watch on the smart meter how much the essential electric heating was costing but had a great week and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable accommodation in a tastefully converted period building. Very well positioned in the town of Holt. Excellent parking just in front of the building.

Cottage in the centre of Holt so vey handy for shops, restaurants etc. Because of its location there can be high levels of traffic noise - this did not spoil our second visit to the cottage.

Lovely cottage right in the centre of Holt. Clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Would definitely recommend this property. Due to it's location there was a little bit of traffic noise but quiet at night. Would definitely recommend this cottage.
