This is a traditional brick and flint end of terrace cottage in the popular seaside village of Mundesley. Set back from the road in a sunny position, the cottage has been renovated and now has a pretty interior in pastel tones yet has retained the cottage's original characterful features.

The property has a large enclosed garden with a seating area, where in good weather you can catch the sun for most of the day. The village centre where you'll find plenty of independent shops and pubs is a walk away as is the seafront and award-winning beach. The property is in close proximity to a section of the Norfolk Coastal Path, which takes you past pretty Happisburgh, making it easy for you and your dog to explore the area.

Test your skills at Mundesley golf course or head 8 miles up the coast to visit Cromer. Here you'll find a famous pier with what appears to be the last end-of-pier show in the UK and another fantastic beach. Felbrigg Estate is 9 miles away and has a delightful manor and gardens to explore. This is a cosy cottage in a great location - perfect for a holiday at any time of the year.

A superb little cottage, very well appointed, clean and airy. Perfect for us and the dog. The small garden was a sun trap during the day and it was lovely for an alfresco breakfast or lunch. We came to the cottage with our 3 year old. We dont own a dog. On arrival we found dog poo scattered about the rear garden and smudged into the path to the house. My husband cleaned the path and I spoke to the owner about the garden - it was removed immediately by his gardener and he was very apologetic. Only reason I wouldn't recommend this property is due to lack of comfort in the evenings as out all day and how steep the stairs were.

This is our second stay at this lovely cottage. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. We like the location as it is peaceful yet not remote and the garden is nice and secure for dogs. Good location, 10 minute walk to the beach with gorgeous sunrises. Steps quite steep in the rear garden and the front door and post box are only accessible through the garden via the side gate, would only recommend for dogs ok with strangers entering the garden delivering post. Lovely little cottage with everything you could possibly need. In a very quiet location but only a 10 min walk to the beach and local amenities, with several different routes to take. Dogs allowed either side of main Mundesley bathing area, just walk to either end of the path with the beaches.

The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a very quiet village which was a perfect base to explore Norfolk. One pub, a few take aways, a corner shop and a nice beach within 10 mins walk. Good communication with the owners. We are very likely to return.
